Modality Systems, answering strong demand for its expertise in delivering Cloud-first solutions for Unified Communications through the power of Skype for Business and Office 365, today announced plans to expand its APAC business with the opening of a second office in Australia.
The new Melbourne office represents a significant development in the continued organic growth of the company and its services; with an emphasis on enabling customers to embrace collaborative communications technology to facilitate business transformation.
Based on a solid three years since initially expanding operations into Australia in 2014, Modality Systems APAC has seen continued growth through revenue targets and customer gains across Australia.
Justin Morris, Modality Systems Australia Country Manager & VP APAC comments: “This is an exciting development for Modality Systems in Australia, and clearly demonstrates the on-going commitment to our customers’ needs and requirements. Melbourne is one of the main business centres in Australia and our expansion is in direct response to the business we have built in the city already.”
Morris continues: “The last three years have seen extensive investment in our operations, both in terms of employee headcount and in developing technological advances to enhance the way we help our customers to achieve advanced communication and collaboration.”
Ian Heard, Modern Workplace Lead, Microsoft Australia said: “Modality Systems’ continued growth in Australia is testament to its deep understanding of customer needs and the Australian market. We thoroughly enjoy our partnership and respect their firm commitment to helping their customers to achieve more with their technology solutions.”
With the prevalence of Cloud technology, more businesses than ever are realising the benefits and value of adopting a Cloud-first model for their communications technology. The addition of a new Melbourne office extends Modality Systems heritage and commitment to achieving excellence in customer service, through leveraging their award-winning expertise in Microsoft’s Office 365 and Skype for Business to help transform the way businesses across Australia operate in a fast-paced, always-on digital world.
James Rodd, Modality Systems Co-founder and CEO concludes: “It’s amazing to see just how quickly we are growing in Australia and throughout the APAC region. The need for expansion is evidence of our success and the continued hard work and dedication of the team.
The Australian expansion not only benefits customers in the region, but also underpins our reputation as a global provider and ability to support global businesses. This latest expansion forms part of our global growth plans as a business, and enables us to ensure we are providing a pivotal service to our customers. I look forward to seeing where the future takes us.”
