Modality Systems, the world’s leading dedicated Skype for Business practice, today announced it has been named a finalist in the 2017 Microsoft Communications Partner of the Year Award.

The company was honoured for the second year running among a global field of top Microsoft partners for demonstrating excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions based on Microsoft technology.

James Rodd, co-founder & CEO, Modality Systems says: “This is an amazing achievement and I believe the first time ever that a partner has been recognised two years in a row in the same category. As a business, we pride ourselves on our innovation, expertise and the positive impact our services have for our customers; to be recognised as a Finalist is testament to the continued dedication and commitment of the team.”

Combining experience and a unique approach to user adoption, Modality Systems award entry showcased how collaboration technology enabled the transformation of one of Australia’s leading bill payment service providers work culture, and increased the efficiency of communications. Working in partnership with the customer, we defined a project and solution that met both the technical and people requirements. “Thank you to everyone involved in making this success possible; the continued drive and enthusiasm of the entire global team and the support of our partners is what makes Modality Systems who we are.” concludes Rodd.

Awards were presented in several categories, with winners chosen from a set of more than 2,800 entrants from 115 countries worldwide. Modality Systems was recognised for providing outstanding solutions and services in the Communications category.
