Our Skype for Business User Adoption Specialists are responsible for delivering user adoption engagements as part of customer projects.
From a user adoption perspective, you will be expected to work with a range of high profile clients to ensure that Skype for Business is adopted successfully into everyday working practice and improve this where possible.
A two-part role, with the main responsibility is to co-ordinate, support and submit of RFP’s, RFI’s and tender responses on behalf of the company. The other part of the role will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and accuracy of the data within the company CRM system, as well as producing report and dashboards for the business.
The successful candidate will join Modality’s Project Management practice and be responsible for the management of client engagements from planning, through delivery to closure/support transition. From time to time they will also be asked to manage internal Modality change projects.
The role requires a confident, experienced and self-starting individual who is comfortable working with a broad range of clients at all organisational levels.
