James is Co-Founder and CEO of Modality Systems. Based in London, James manages the company’s global business strategy and execution. He has a strong commercial background, and years of experience in the industry have played a major factor in driving the growth throughout the business.
Co-Founder & President
John is Co-Founder and President of Modality Systems. Based in Seattle, John has overall management responsibility for the company’s operations in North America. Prior to Modality Systems, John had an extensive technical career at Microsoft in the US and London, working in software development and consulting services.
As Chairman of Modality Systems’ Board of Directors since mid-2010, Simon provides invaluable executive guidance drawn from his wealth of knowledge in executive leadership and business coaching, as well as his considerable computer industry experience.
Chief Operating Officer
Steve is COO at Modality Systems, taking overall responsibility for global operations. Prior to joining Modality, Steve had a 16 year career at Accenture, and has also held the role of COO and CEO at a venture-backed software company.
EMEA Director of Services
Nick has been with Modality since 2008 and has been instrumental in the growth of the company, building and managing the UK consulting services and global technical support teams. Prior to Modality, Nick was a managing consultant at Atos Origin.
Head of Software Development
Paul joined Modality in 2009 to build the software development team. He’s responsible for all technical aspects of software and product delivery worldwide. Paul has a first class degree in Computer Science and previously worked as a software engineer at several major UK companies.
Country Manager – Australia/VP APAC
Justin joined Modality in 2009 and is responsible for the expansion of Modality’s business in Asia Pacific. With over 15 years of IT experience, he has a wealth of technical, business development and customer consultancy knowledge and is a recognized expert and sought-after speaker at UC events.
